Module 3: Leveraging Data Analytics for Smarter Sourcing: Using insights to negotiate better deals and optimize spend.
Module 4: Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) in the Digital Age: Building strong, tech-enabled partnerships.
Module 5: Navigating Supply Chain Risks with Technology: Mitigating disruptions and ensuring business continuity.
